To secure your premier rental apartment, we ask for holding deposit of 1 day rent plus $69. Payment can be made by phone using your card account (Amex incurs a surcharge of 3.5%), by electronic fund transfer into our bank account or by direct deposit at any ANZ Branch. We are not set up to accept cash or cheques.
You receive your booking confirmation and tax invoice by email when we receive the holding deposit. If you have given us a mobile contact number, we will advise you by SMS when we have emailed the confirmation to you.
Should you change your mind on receipt of our booking confirmation and cancel your booking within 24 hours, the holding deposit will be refunded immediately in full.
Bookings are guaranteed, subject to receipt of payments by the due dates. Bookings may be extended at our discretion, subject to availability at the time of request.
For short term bookings, generally less than 4 weeks, fees are payable in advance as per tax invoice supplied with our confirmation of your booking.
For bookings of 4 weeks or longer we will accept periodic payments subject to certain conditions.
Check-in time is after 2 PM.
Access arrangements will be made on receipt of payment as per invoice or on receipt of your card account details and authorisation advice.

Why is there a booking fee?
Aztra Gladstone Business Apartments aims to deliver quality accommodation of a premier standard at the most affordable rates.
For each new booking an apartment is freshly prepared at considerable cost. If a guest has booked for say one week, these costs are spread over a number of days but if the booking is just for one or two days, our cost per day is higher.
By charging a booking fee, we achieve a price structure which fairly reflects the cost of service we provide both for longer term and short term bookings.
When you make a booking and buy accommodation for those days, we make a commitment to reserve an apartment for you for the period you booked. In cases of a cancellation we will, at our discretion, credit part or all of the accommodation when we sell the vacancy resulting from the cancellation.
What about a booking calendar?
To maintain our rates as low as practicable we must manage our booking commitments tightly and avoid vacancies. With just two apartments to accommodate conflicting enquiries and requirements of staying guests, we are not always in a position to confirm immediately that an apartment is available for any given period and therefore we may not be able to make commitments for short term requirements which are too far in the future.
If we cannot confirm your booking straight away we will be happy to discuss options as we may well be able to confirm availability sometime later.
